The delivery timeline is contingent upon your location. Our production lead time ranges from 7 to 21 days, varying according to the complexity of the boots and our production capacity. Upon shipment, domestic orders typically arrive within 5 to 7 business days, while international orders may take 7 to 16 days, subject to customs clearance. The recipient is responsible for customs duties and fees. International shipments are subject to various duties and fees that differ by country, determined by the value of the order. The destination country's tax regulations and valuation methods influence the amount assessed.

• Standard Size Boots : We regret to inform you that we cannot accept returns for standard-size boots ordered in incorrect sizes. We encourage customers to carefully measure their feet and select their size based on the provided size chart.
• Semi-Custom Boots : We permit a "one-time" return or exchange for semi-custom-made boots, provided the customer submits photographs of their feet being measured. The cost for purchasing semi-custom boots is an additional $50. A local return address will be provided in the event of an improper fit, allowing the customer to return the skates with the semi-custom boots. Following the return, we will create a new pair. Please note that the customer is responsible for covering return shipping costs. Should the skates have been used or exhibit any signs of wear and tear, they cannot be accepted for return, as used skates cannot be resold. If the customer chooses not to proceed with the second pair, a full refund may be issued, contingent upon the return of the skates to a local address within the customer's country. The customer will also be responsible for the shipping costs incurred during this process. The returned skates must remain in a clean condition suitable for resale and are sent back promptly to facilitate the swift processing of the full refund. Refunds will be issued only after the returned skates have been inspected and deemed in good condition.
